Santa Rosa's New Five-Star Hospital
After years of planning, design and public hearings, construction has begun on Sutter Medical Center's new $284 million dollar state-of-the-art hospital. The new hospital opens in 2014, next to the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts.
Sutter Medical Center will provide the full range of award-winning care and services currently provided at the Chanate Campus including: intensive care; emergency services; obstetrics, nursery care and level III neonatal intensive care; medical and surgical services; invasive cardiac surgery; supporting ancillary services; and a full range of women’s reproductive health services.

Invest in Your Health
and Your Community
Sutter Medical Center of Santa Rosa's new hospital will be a tremendous asset to the residents of Sonoma County, providing 21st-century care close to home. Show your support for the project by making a charitable gift. Although the majority of funds needed for the building project have been provided by Sutter Health, future capital projects depend on contributions from area residents and businesses to demonstrate community involvement and repay a small portion of the initial cost. Investing in the project now will pay health dividends in the future, establishing a legacy of quality health care available for you, your children, and your grandchildren.
