Construction Update – November 2011
November 18
- Hospital construction of foundation is complete and underground utilities are wrapping up. Reinforcement is being placed for the first concrete slab placement.
- Utility work is waiting on AT&T to remove their phone lines so the poles on Mark West Springs Road can be removed in December.
- On site permit road work is complete for this season and will resume next summer.
The expansion to the main entry road is complete on the West side. Work on the East (existing) side will continue through winter.
Winterization of the site is complete which will allow construction to continue during the wet season.
With under slab utilities complete, crushed rock and vapor barrier is being installed prior to the slab concrete pours which will start after Thanksgiving.
