12/15 – Completed site pad for construction trailers; Wells Fargo Center connected to sanitary sewer
12/22 – Completed new sewer line and connection of Wells Fargo Center to public sewer system
4/1 – Wells Fargo waste water ponds decommissioned and removed
4/1 – On and off site utility and infrastructure work, complete site grading and preparation begins
5/1 – Placement of Phase 2 of soil surcharge process for hospital foundation – preparation
6/1 – On site road and main drive expansion and southwest parking lot construction begins
7/1 – Excavation of hospital West Wing foundation and rebar installation begins
8/12 – First hospital West Wing foundation concrete pour

1/24 – Start of Inc. 1 Steel Erection in Area C

4/05 – Inc. 1 First Concrete Deck Pour in Area C, 2nd Level
April – Expansion of Mark West Springs Road and new main entry signal
June – Close in exterior of building
October – Old Redwood Highway/Mark West Road intersection improvements
December – Complete interior construction
