    Community Health Resource Center: Free health screenings are available to the community at the Mission Neighborhood Center. Come every month for a different screening: cholesterol, glucose, body mass index, blood pressure & bone density. Next class : June 27
    Weight management for adults. Achieve a healthy weight to delay/prevent diabetes, heart disease or hypertension. Learn the basics of behavior changes to improve your eating and exercise habits to achieve better health. Next class : June 3

    This six-hour class is appropriate for first-time CPR students. The course includes adult, child and infant CPR techniques and foreign body obstruction relief techniques and is suitable for lay rescuers. Next class : September 28
